Custom Fuel Tanks In Nearly Any Shape Virtually Immune To Corrosion, Resist Impacts

Now design and product engineers can develop off-highway, marine, lawn and garden and other equipment without feeling constrained by bulky, fabricated steel fuel tanks.

Design Flexibility

Our fuel tanks are rotomolded in one, seamless piece with tight radius curves, complex cutouts and an array of twists and turns to permit tank placement in vertical, oddly shaped and non-traditional locations. Design the machine without the limitations of traditional metal fuel tanks and their creative restrictions…then we'll design the fuel tank to suit the machine.

Designed-In Safety

Rotationally molded into a single, uniform piece, our fuel tanks eliminate the fasteners, joints, seals, solders and welds that invite corrosion and weaken complex metal fuel tank assemblies. They feature one of the most impact-resistant materials available: cross-linked polyethylene, which performs especially well in cold temperatures without cracking. They are virtually stress-free and are designed to distort in high temperatures without rupturing or catching fire. Yet they also have a memory, automatically returning to their original shape after distortion. Tank integrity is assured in temperatures ranging from 20 degrees below zero up to a scorching 175°F.

We are confident stating that our top quality, rotomolded fuel tanks virtually eliminate the potential for the hazardous leaks and spills common to metal tanks.

Marine Design

Set sail with confidence. Our marine fuel tank designs are impervious to attack from salt water, fresh water, acids, solvents and other chemicals that cause steel tanks to deteriorate in marine environments. Our custom tanks accommodate standard tubing for transporting fuel to the engine and for venting exhaust and by connecting directly to the fuel gauge, accuracy is improved. Our tanks are manufactured to meet or exceed the current standards as set forth by the American Boat & Yacht Council (ABYC) and will probably outlast the rest of the boat.
